Quinoa Black Bean Bowl

Ingredients: for one serving/bowl

1/4 c. Scrambled Egg

1/4 c. Cooked Quinoa

1/4 c. Black Beans

1 T. Diced Tomato

1 T. Queso Fresco

2 T. Guacamole

1/4 c. Reduced Sodium Diced Ham


Directions:

1. Place scrambled egg into a bowl

2. Add quinoa, black beans, and diced ham

3. Top with tomatoes and guacamole

4. Sprinkle on queso fresco and serve!
